Erynn is a Registered Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist recognized internationally with certifications by the American Council on Exercise, B.C. Recreation and Parks Board and Optimum Health for Life. As the founder and owner of Form Fitness, Erynn has established herself as a leader in the industry, providing innovative information, guidance, and motivation to novice exercisers and fitness professionals alike. Erynn has an extensive background in athletics and applies this experience to her training. Her formal education includes ongoing study of functional anatomy, kinesiology, sports specific training and sports nutrition.

Nilou is a registered Personal Trainer and Kickboxing instructor in Vancouver. She has an extensive background in fitness and martial arts from which she has developed a unique style and method of training.  She effectively incorporates kickboxing and boxing with conventional resistance training  to offer workouts that burn fat, increase strength, power and speed, and build lean muscle.  Nilou trains with discipline, focus and motivation, helping you break down physical and mental barriers and achieve a new level of fitness.

Nilou offers programs tailored towards your individual objectives including: fat loss, muscle gains, sports specific training, overall vitality, strength, and health.  Nutrition counseling is an important component included in every program.

Jon has been running Groundwork Athletics for 5 years. He entered the field of strength and conditioning with the goal of being one of the most knowledgeable and professional trainers in Vancouver. To fulfill his goal he dedicated himself to achieving the highest standard of education, certifications, and practices of the newest and best techniques in the field of strength and conditioning. He is an accomplished presenter and was the head of fitness testing for the Making The Cut: The Last Man Standing TV show. On a personal level he has competed in many outdoor adventure races and is currently training for the Ironman. He has worked with all types of clients from professional hockey/baseball/rugby players to men and women new to fitness.

Mike Flowerdew is a BCRPA certified personal trainer with extensive experience in the field. Mike has always had a passion for athletics; participating in challenging team sports such as hockey and rugby. Fifteen years ago Mike began lifting free weights and doing plyometrics to help out with the many sports he played. This was the beginning of Mike’s intense pursuit of a healthy body and lifestyle. Over the years Mike has continued to expand his knowledge of fitness by learning many different and unique training techniques. He has combined his knowledge and experience to help his clients achieve tremendous results. Mike is always striving to be the best trainer he can be. To this end he is continuing his education in Human Kinetics and frequently attends the latest fitness seminars; his skills are not only extensive but also current. Mike helps his clients build and define muscle, decrease body fat, increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular efficiency and increase strength and power. With his knowledge of kinetics and his passionate drive Mike is skilled at designing individualized workouts to ensure that all his clients fitness goals are reached in a timely and efficient manner.
